Really good food, every dish we were served was delicious and the dessert is great. The service is adequate and the prices are fair for the the area. This restaurant gets very busy do not expect to walk in with out a reservation even with a reservation prepare to wait for a table because they pretty clearly over book their seating. That being said even when extremely busy the food quality doesn't seem to suffer and is worth the wait.

Great meal, and great service. Had the drunken ribeye which is very good. Sides, salad and drinks were all very good as well. Didn't feel rushed to leave, even though it was New Year's Eve, and the place was getting busy. Was relatively early, though.Overall, I highly recommend and hope to be back again soon!

The atmosphere is entertaining and fun. The staff interacts with guests and are gracious hosts.I had pulled pork sandwich. Perfection with smokey flavor. Husband had same and agreed.Prices...depends upon where you live whether you will be shocked. But splurge this one time if at the high end of your budget. Worth it.WARNING: Lots of stairs to climb, inside and out. Not sure about outside ramp, but there is an elevator inside. However, after elevator we had more stairs to reach booth. No one asked about my mobility as I was walking. And I never mentioned because I thought I could make it. Mention it, you will be much happier than my foot.

I've been coming here on-and-off for many years. The last time I came, they had switched the default salad. The waiter understood that we wanted the previous salad and got us that instead. A+ for that! Food is pretty solid. Atmosphere is great.

Visiting from SC, this was my first visit to Mike's American. The establishment is first class in cleanliness, service, and the food was out of this world. I had the grilled chicken on a bed of angel hair pasta with mushrooms, string-beans, and a butter sauce that lit up every taste bud on duty. I really enjoyed the restaurant with my family. The prices are reasonable. Kudos to Mike's.

Mike's Grill has a lot of good stuff. I like their food. I like their bar. I grew up in Springfield, and I have gone there many times. Also a friend of mine worked there and he said it was a good place to work. Definitely try to get reservations, when you can , on busy nights . Otherwise you might have to wait for a while, and there's not a lot of seating area to wait in. All in all, I definitely recommend Mike's.

First time dining here, definitely not my last!! The restaurant was very crowded with holiday diners but that did not impact the speed of service or the quality of the food. I had the pasta with chicken and sausage and it was quite tasty!! The atmosphere was very festive with tasteful and elegant holiday decorations. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience!!

Had a great anniversary here! Very busy and not much parking, but we made do. We sat up on the second floor and felt very cozy where we were sat. The waitress was friendly and helped me make a choice on dinner. This is too pricey for a casual night out in my opinion, but great for a special occasion. Lobster bisque was delicious!

I love Mike’s. Great food amazing staff. I highly recommend it to everyone. Parking is the only difficult part. If you don’t find space in front you have to park across the street. They also have reasonable prices and when my family comes I to town they always want come to Mike’s. By far one of the best restaurants in Springfield.
